Benefits and Perks

We partner with the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital to make an impact in our community.

Time Off

Our people are encouraged to take the time they need for rest, family, and all the things they love.

We provide medical, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance, 401(k) and HSA programs with company matches, paid parking, and internet/phone reimbursement.

Development Opportunities

We encourage and invest in our team to regularly receive training to supplement their skillset — many of our employees also attend and speak at conferences. NetSPI also runs the NetSPI University program for entry level cybersecurity talent to develop core pentesting skills.

Friendly & Fun Office Environment

Join a game of pinball or foosball, or a lively discussion about bitcoin or philosophy while enjoying our fully stocked kitchen, Friday lunches, and kegerator.

Top talent is not defined by a zip code which is why most of our roles are hybrid or remote. Find a job that works for you, not the other way around. The future is flexible!

The Interview Process

Our goal is to have a thorough interview process to ensure a mutually beneficial fit – while still moving quick. Most positions have a 3-step interview process consisting of meeting with a recruiter, the hiring manager and team members you’d work closely with at NetSPI.

For pentesting roles, we incorporate a technical lab assessment as an additional step to showcase your skills. We want you to leave our interview process having a clear picture of what it would be like to be part of #TeamNetSPI!
